Beginning of the 17th century - Baroque
It’s a good example of a baroque urban town-house palace, most of its original elements have been conserved. It was built around 1615 by the heirs of Martín García de Jáuregui, a Jesuit who made his fortune in Latin America.
The front is made with sandstone ashlar masonry with bossage around the edges. The floors have a symmetrical composition, with a large escutcheon at the top made in 1653. All the wall openings are very fine, and they are decorated with different motifs (lugs, etc.)
There are various religious inscriptions on the ground floor from the time it was built.
