Second half of the 18th century
This simple gate is located to the east of the upper alley. Travellers and traders from Navarre entered through this gate, which is why is used to be known as the Gate of Navarre. Its current name comes from the nearby Oxina or Oxinaga house, which seems to have been a tower-house.
Today the old gate is a simple lowered arch, without the elements it initially had (tile roof, etc.). Over the years it has been renovated, and its materials have been reused, like with the last renovation in 1753 when it was completely torn down and rebuilt.
A small wash house, which has since disappeared, was created nearby that used excess water from the taps.
